The candidate must have a foundation in healthcare organisation and have good experience in process analysis and organisational design.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Clinical Engineering or Business Economics.
Experience in effectively leading teams for the implementation of projects within one’s own organisation or at one’s customers.
Skill and naturalness in public speaking and didactic teaching skills.
Flexibility and strong motivation to work in the consultancy sector.
Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.
Self-driving and willing to travel.
PREFERENTIAL TITLES:
Be Lean or Six Sigma certified at Green or Black belt level.
Have gained significant lean project experience in Healthcare and Lifescience.
